Orders and Shipping

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can track its progress.

Creating an account with Wantjoin is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Sign Up or Create Account button located at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
  3. Fill in the required details, such as your name and shipping information.
  4. Once registered, you’ll be able to manage your orders, save shipping addresses, and receive special offers!

To change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@wantjoin.net. We can assist with updating your address before your order has been shipped. Once your order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

After your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to monitor your order’s status.

 

No, we do not store your credit card information on file. All payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We respect your privacy and take all necessary measures to protect your personal and financial information.

Sales tax is applicable based on your location and will be automatically calculated at checkout. If sales tax is required for your state or country, it will be included in your total order cost.

We offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if we ship to your location. If you don’t see your country listed, please contact us at contact@wantjoin.net, and we will provide more information on shipping options.

In most cases, your items will be shipped in one package. However, if your order includes multiple items with different processing times or sizes, we may ship them separately. You will receive tracking information for each package if your order is shipped in multiple shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on items purchased directly from Wantjoin within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy page.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused! If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@wantjoin.net. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will assist you with returning the incorrect item and sending you the correct one.

We’re sorry that your order arrived damaged. Please contact us at contact@wantjoin.net as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please make sure to follow the return process carefully, and use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we will do our best to assist you.

We process orders quickly, and if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will be able to assist you. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, if you are interested in a specific item that is out of stock, please reach out to us at contact@wantjoin.net. We can provide information on when the item is expected to be restocked and notify you when it’s available for purchase again.
